An Open Letter to Those Dealing With Covid 19 Grief

Hey, I know it’s been a tough time during this pandemic. It certainly has been difficult on me too. You see, I lost a loved one at the very start of this pandemic and it changed me a lot. I don’t think we will ever go back to being the same people we were before this pandemic but we will have definitely grown a bit wiser and a lot more stronger, right.

I know losing a loved one hurts a lot. I know he or she is always on your mind. Take all the time you need to grieve but remember this: don’t be hurting too much for too long. I am sure he or she would want you to keep going forward in life. I’m sure they would want you to live life to the fullest and without regret.

If it’s really difficult, you lean onto God. If you’re not Christian, that’s okay. You can talk to God like a friend. He will listen and be a source or comfort and a healing balm.

I’ll write about God in another article if you are interested in hearing more.

Thanks for reading my story!
