A poem*
When a man asks what I want
I always respond with “nothing materialistic.”
I don’t want to be in debt of a man.
Besides, I am not the type to want material things like LV or Gucci handbags or Jimmy Choos.
I am not high maintenance to want those things.
Why do men think a woman only thinks of handbags or shoes?
There are other women who want other things besides those.
All I want is “communication, loyalty, unlimited laughter, understanding, patience, and a heap of precious memories that will last a lifetime.
